ROAD SYSTEM
The road network of the Industrial zone consists of:
The main axis road is 1600m x 2 = 3200m
The running around road of the Industrial park is 4978m long+ 4755 9733m
The subroad is 4228m long + 3805 = 8033m
Road strucrure: concrete with loading capability of H 30.
POWER SUPPLY
The electricity network in the Industrial Zone is connected to the supplying line of 500 KV (National Power Network). In the Park, there is a two machine transformer station with a capacity of 40 MVA/ nachine. Power directly comes from 22 KV lines and is transmitted to sub-station of each factory with the voltage of 22 KV/0.4, assuring the power capability for the additional charge in the Industrial Park.
WATER SUPPLY
The water supply of the Industrial Zone is exploited from 13 underground wells and is pumped to the water treatment. plant with the capacity of 5,000 cubic meters/day. Besides, the water reservation system is also supplied by Dien Ban pumping station

Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park lies along Danang - Hoian axis, in the area of the two communes of Dien Nam and Dien Ngoc, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam Province: 15 km from Da Nang City and Da Nang International airport, 21km from Tien Sa Seaport, and 100km from Chu Lai Airport and Ky Ha Seaport. Dung quat Chemical Refining Zone. Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial is Favor-ably located for transporting, import and export of raw materials and goods by sea as well as trans-portation by road in the country and in the South East Asian Region: at the same time, this is the locality where there is abudant labor force and the labol cost is reasonnable.

GEOLOGICAL STRUCTURE
According to the results of the survey of the soil to the depth of 15m in this area, the foudation of this zone has following characteristics:
- Stratum mainly made of sand
- Soil layers are capable of load bearing
- Layer of heterogeneous sand having compressed force of 1,2 - 4 kg/cm2
- Sand layer mixed with dust having compressed force 1,5 - 5 kg/cm2
